What was the highlight of Sherwood Bay Resort & Aqua Sports Inc.

Sherwood Bay was a complete surprise, the most relaxing accommodations by the sea!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Sherwood Bay. The rooms were great and comfortable, the staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. Lisa, the owner, made you feel right at home. The view was spectacular, the grounds immaculate.

WIFI was only available in the common area so it was a bit inconvenient not to be able to use my electronics inside my room.

Next time, we should book for more nights.

We came a big fan of the owner family who made us totally feel at home. It was so quiet in atmosphere and incredible starry sky at night. Better internet connection and more capability of the restaurant kitchen would make this place one of the best getaway resort on the island.

Frankly, we did not have anything we disliked in this place.

What was the highlight of Sherwood Bay Resort & Aqua Sports Inc.

A great peaceful escape.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating! The rooms were spacious and super clean. It was great to have a bath. The aircon worked really well. The view is so beautiful and it is peaceful and quiet.

There was not much that we did not like about our stay. Maybe the food could be slightly better but overall we loved our stay and would stay again. Thank you!!

Everything was very nice if your trip to Panglao was to get...

Everything was very nice if your trip to Panglao was to get away from everything, which isolated as it was, wasprefect for that. Also if you have business on Bohol or in Tagbilaran, it is very close to get to yet an easy escape from the crowded congested city. it is a perfect stay, fabulous views, right at the ocean edge, apparently diving is right in front...the pool is fantastic, so was our room and its views. Enid the owner is terrific. It is about 20 minutes to Alona Beach where the cluster of beach front, diving, cool outrigger fleet, nice hotels, crowded, lots of restaurants and shopping little stores. Enid told us of a beach called Dunaluan...huge, expansive, few people there, but had a little food stand. We really like Dunaluan as a get away and lay in the warm crystal clear waters inside the reef. We rented a car this time and saw much more than our prior 3 trips. Ging Ging bar with live music was above Alona Beach about a 1/4 mile to the west; on the right side of the road going there. "Trikes" are everywhere for transportation so are taxis. It was also safe everywhere we went, people friendly, and kids with grins... Salamat / Thank you, Enid

What was the highlight of Sherwood Bay Resort & Aqua Sports Inc.

All in all, it was a spectacular place. Very serene and the view is breathtaking.

The pool is an infinity pool and is perfect for swimming, the room is very huge with hot bathtub and a very spacious bathroom which looks like a standard room of other resorts, the view is perfect,the serenity of the place will make you experience the "escape from reality" and will make you forget the stress.The hands on owner,gave us a free room upgrade (so kind of her).

The location came like as a big surprise to us. We made several wrong turns since we went there through a rented motorbike.Expect rocky roads and don't get confused with other resorts along the way as they only have limited signages. The wifi didn't work well during our stay as it was under bad weather.Please also expect Service Charge and VAT on top of the price showed on the booking site (won't hurt you bad though).

It's a mom and daughter tandem and they own the place.

It's a mom and daughter tandem and they own the place. The mom was accommodating and she resolved the problem with the room that smelled like sewer.

The place looked rundown. The staff were slow and the prices were too high for it not being completely in panglao. One of the rooms smelled like sewer during one of the night's we stayed there. Beds were small for a family suite and the bedsheets looked like they were from the 1980's and need to be updated. We found a cockroach in one of the family suites as well. Internet was very slow and could only be accessed in the restaurant area.
